If she's not eating, you'll find her slacking off somewhere peaceful and quiet. Chii has a relatively small presence so people tend to not notice her at all. The fact that she's mostly quiet also contributes to this (this silence is usually caused by her lack of motivations to do anything). She's bad at dealing with strangers and would often react to them aggressively while hiding behind someone or something, so her intimidation always fails horribly. Once she's faced with an unfamiliar situation or even just a small crowd, she'd freak out and be frozen stiff. 

Chii likes food to a great extent that she'd be willing to do anything for it and would even abandon her laziness completely (she'll be energized). She's a my-pace type of idiot who usually gets lost and forgets necessary things then brush it all off afterwards. She'll shift from aggressive to passive when food is involved thus, fooling her is very easy since she lacks common sense. Her memory is crap so unless you make an impacting first impression, she'll most likely just forget about you immediately and when you see her again, she'd hiss at you like usual... OTL
 
She is also very simple minded and dislikes it when she's being scolded. She'd mostly cower apologetically and apologize to the person when she's done something wrong (She'd cling to you with puppy eyes)... if the scolding was harsh though, she'll just run and hide in a corner. demnitall o_o

Though she may be lazy, unreliable and very awkward, when she gets close to somebody, she'd be very... or mostly loyal to them (when food is in question... she'll always be biased) The only time she'd show a wide range of expression apart from her poker face is when she gets comfortable with a person. Beware though because she would always request for a pat in the head or a treat or sumthing. (and worst is once you give it to her, she'll forget you immediately so yeah //derp please~~)

Biography: 

Chii was born to quite a well-off family and grew up in a sheltered environment. She had a younger twin brother who was superior to her in various ways but nevertheless, the two were extremely close and got along very well. While her brother was friendly and outgoing, Chii was reserved and rather introverted. They were complete opposites despite their identical faces and these contrasting traits were what filled the other's shortcomings. They were quite inseparable.

As she was the only daughter, Chii was treasured and spoiled by her parents. They treated her like a princess but of course, they also never neglected the energetic son. It was a happy and balanced family, indeed. 

Things changed, however, when the son contracted a fatal illness. The family was devastated but regardless, they stayed by his side throughout his treatment and supported him.

...shortly afterwards, the boy died.

Chii who was very dependent on her brother eventually became a hopeless shut in. She withdrew inside the house and even quit school. She would do nothing but eat, laze around and stare at nothing to pass the day. Her parents got worried about her condition and decided to drag her out of the house and enrolled her in doubutsu-high~
